HILL: HELP'S ON WAY FOR WTC FAMILIES

December 11, 2001 -- The families of World Trade Center victims will each be
assigned a "family advocate" to help them get relief services, Sen. Hillary
Rodham Clinton said yesterday.
The relief agencies will form a coordinating group to streamline the process,
said Clinton
The assignment of caseworkers will be financed through private, charitable
funding, Clinton said.
Meanwhile, the city is opening a Family Assistance Office at the Human
Resources Administration tomorrow to help victims who may have fallen through
the cracks.
The office will be located at HRA headquarters at 180 Water St. between Pearl
